Itinerary description
I headed west from Pyramid Gorge, and found adequate water and a tentsite near the mouth of Mulga Creek.
Having heard that there might be better water and camping in the east-west dogleg of the creek, I made my way upstream and explored the creek. The water was not much better, but I liked the campsite in the dogleg, even though the whole area was burnt extensively earlier in 2019.
