Great hike with such a variety of scenery. So enjoyable to hike! A few short climbs make this track moderate but all in all easy to hike.
We parked at Golf L'empereur, plenty of parking spots there. Just be carefull on the final road leading towards it. Its pretty narrow and a few blind corners with traffic coming from both ways.
A few remarks:
At 3.6 km, the road you have to turn left on seems to have been privatised. The markings were not 100% clear so we decided to take this route but the farmer told us that we could not pass trough. Just follow the main road and around 600 m at the tree line, where the fencing ends, you can turn left and follow the edge of the forest untill you hit the trail again. It will still be around 300 meters of private road but it shouldnt be a problem. A longer detour is also possible where you pass under the N25 and circle back to the track.
At 11.2 km in this layout, the track is a bit different as the original track has been re-layed and passes through a large kitchen garden, very nice and you can easily track back to the trail after.
