Itinerary description
The E9 Long Distance Walking Trail forms part of a large network of paths that cross a large part of Western Europe. We take 3 weeks to complete a section of this relatively newly-formed trail, beginning in Hamburg, crossing the rural farmland of northern Germany before entering The Netherlands. From there, our journey takes us through the stunning coastal landscape towards the capital of Amsterdam - a journey of around 670 kilometres!
