    great looking walk!
If anyone wants to add a few miles and a few views to the walk and the ground is not too muddy, maybe consider not going north so soon, but instead go along just behind Lancing college, cross over the A27 to go into Shoreham Airport road towards the Toll bridge (no toll, nor troll these days), walk north along the river Adur - east or west bank - doesn't matter, there are a limited opportunites to get to the evenually required west bank and then rejoin this published walk at the marked South Downs Way path.
Might even do this tomorrow if the weather is good!

Hi Snedger, thanks for your remarks. It's really nice to read your comments and suggestion.. The chance that I will ever walk in that neighborhood again is very small since I'm only max. 4 weeks per year in your beautiful country for holidays. But all suggestions are welcome! In December we will be back for a week and exploring Kent a little bit more.

    Hey Duk,
What I should have also thanked you for, was showing me a way of avoiding some road bits - habit just made me not look for a safer route!
You from the Nederlands? I lived in the Hague for 6 months, but that was pre-proper-walking. Saw some great places, but didn't take advantage of the countryside walks.
Hop you have a good time in Kent (BTW there was a Kentish related pun at the start of the sentence :) )

Hop you had a good time in Nederland, ( I'm learning Kentish ha ha), are you living in this county? When you ever come again to NL and want to walk you have a choice of tracks of mine more in the east side of the country were I come from.
I make my tracks on computer using ordnance survey maps with a program called Memory Map, perhaps you heard about it. And for Nederland MM in collaboration with maps of kadaster, the dutch OS. So it is more or less guessing for a nice route but usually it works out well.
    Enjoy your walking! Duk.

    Hello
I have been based in West Sussex for a long time - now in Worthing, frustratingly just that bit too far from the countryside on foot.
My goodness you are so lazy, only 360 tracks :)
    Seriously though, supreme effort!!
I should hop back over to Holland soon, it's been a while and if I do I will be sure to be lead by your routes.
    Cheers!
