This day is also quite long, starting with a very strong climb up to Ghyaru where we stop for a long time taking a tea on the solet, eating apple pie and contemplating the views.
This stage can also be done all by track and saves you about 6km, then it would be better to sleep in Lower Pisang.
It goes without saying that it's worth the trouble to spend the night in Upper Pisang and go through Ghyaru as well as to make the way from Ghyaru to Manang, although half of the road is dusty and we are all very dirty.
The weather today has been a muddy hair, has begun to snow much and it was all cloudy, the temperatures have dropped a lot. Manang is at 3540m and it's pretty cold.
In principle we had a rest day in Manang before climbing towards Tilicho, but the acclimatization we have already done since Manaslu and we prefer to move forward and keep the day off in case we have to wait for someday for bad weather.
Manang is a large population, there are many hotels, bakeries (with cakes!), Shops to buy from everything, film screenings ...
We are in a hotel and it's bursting, there are many people. The guides sleep in tents and even though we offer our extra bed, they do not accept it.
Tomorrow we will have to take it early so that we can not reserve in the Tilicho Base Field and if we are left without room we will have to sleep or with store or in the dining room.
