Le ruisseau du Binaou traverse le village puis continue son chemin vers son terminus, l'étang de Léon.
Note historique
Ancré dans l'histoire des traditions de la forêt landaise, Linxe dispose d'un patrimoine bâti qui témoigne des fortunes issues de l'exploitation du pin maritime. Le château Belle Epoque, construit en 1762, dispose d’écuries dessinées par Gustave Eiffel.
