Itinerary description
From Whiteoak Boundary parking, we started with a relatively steep, rocky, up-and-down hike up Cedar Run Trail to the Hawksbill Gap parking. From there we did the longer loop going along the AT to the Hawksbill Gap Overlook, and circling back to the parking lot. From there, Whiteoak Canyon Fire Road and Whiteoak Canyon Trail were mostly downhill mild hikes, passing several waterfalls, leading back down the the Whiteoak trailhead.
