Attendance ascent/summit/descent : low/average/low
Comment : I set the goal too high for a single day hike, 30m from Cabane de Tracuit just under the last T4 climb with a chain, we decided to turn around and go back and we chose right, we finished the descent by night with one headlamp for two (we weren't fully geared yet) unless you are in top fitness I suggest to skip the Cabane du Tracuit climb and replace it by going to Roc La Vache summit then back to the 2478m point then Zinal, extreme physical because 2000m of descent is very hard on knees and feet especially after a very long day, technical difficult and fear high mostly because of the pas du chasseur that isn't hiking but climbing, it's slippery and very vertical, col de Milon isn't too bad
