Commentaire : easy forest climb escept a short section of loose dirt between Pra Forney et Sautodoz that requires good shoes an easy T3 with two summits avoid high season and weekend as trains bring lots of peoples, also did my 1st spelunking that day, easy straightforward and short, you need a helmet+headlamp(you need both hands!)+gloves and your clothes will get some mud on them, it's also very cold inside, didn't stay long at both summits too crowded but the descent from Dent de Jaman was pretty nice

I'm scared of caves and would never have done it without the guide below a big thanks to Visinand for his work, you will feel like a spelunker without the risks it's a win-win
