    Great ride - why kiwis?

    Good that it's mostly gravel but a bit boring overall. End feels arbitrary, like an anti climax. To be fair would be better in summer or on weekends when the brewery is open.

    Ran this solo on a sunny Saturday. If you feel like making it all the way to the coast (and you should!), cross the main road that splits Bellcaire d'Empordà and head along the dirt road towards Sobrestany, then make a left at the crossroads before the wooden barrier that lead you into the woods and up the mountain. Then just follow right around until you make it to Cala Montgó beach (L'Escala). Well worth it and only adds roughly 12km each way.
