Les itinéraires à ski sont spécifiques à la Suisse. Ils sont balisés et sécurisés par les pisteurs. Ils sont réservés aux bons skieurs. Il faut suivre les piquets jaunes et oranges sur les pistes

Ce run commence au fond du Lac des Vaux, c'est le départ de l'itinéraire à ski Vallon d'Arby en direction du col des Mines. Juste avant d'arriver au col des Mines, descendre directement dans le vallon. Lorsqu'il y a de la poudreuse, cette partie-là est très sympa à skier. Etant situé sur un versant nord, donc pratiquement pas de soleil en février, la neige reste bonne malgré les températures douces. Arrivé au km 2,6, vous avez le choix entre continuer sur la droite par la route de Chassoure, soit aller tout droit en bas dans la forêt. Je posterai un autre GPX pour la variante route de Chassoure. La deuxième solution est plus périlleuse, c'est plus du ski de pente raide. Réservé aux skieurs qui n'ont pas peur de la pente et qui maitrisent les bosses. Cependant, ce passage est assez fun à skier, car il y a très peu de caillous, même avec peu d'enneigement. Petit avertissement, la fin de ce run se trouve dans un sinistre couloir d'avalanches où il avait eu 4 morts en 2018. Donc bien s'informer du risque d'avalanche et surtout ne pas rester trop longtemps à cet endroit !

This run starts at the bottom of Lac des Vaux, it is the start of the Vallon d'Arby ski route towards the Col des Mines. Just before arriving at the Col des Mines, descend directly into the valley. When there is powder, this part is very nice to ski. Being located on a northern slope, so practically no sun in February, the snow remains good despite the mild temperatures. At km 2.6, you have the choice between continuing on the right by the road of Chassoure, or going straight down in the forest. I will post another GPX for the variant Chassoure road. The second solution is more perilous, it is more steep slope skiing. Reserved for skiers who are not afraid of the slope and who master the bumps. However, this passage is quite fun to ski, because there are very few pebbles, even with little snow. Small warning, the end of this run is in a sinister avalanche corridor where he had 4 deaths in 2018. So be well informed about the risk of avalanche and especially not stay too long in this place!
