NEPAL is a small country largely occupied by the highest mountain range on the planet, the Himalayas, wedged between the Tibetan plateau and the plains of the subcontinent, between the giants China to the north, and India to the south.
It is a country of mountainous nature in whose territory there are, totally or partially, some of the highest peaks of the Earth, highlighting Mount Everest (8848 meters above sea level), as well as seven other so-called eight-thousanders.
After an extensive journey through cities with their majestic temples and sanctuaries, through the Nepali jungle and after a great trekking for that hidden gem located east of the Annapurnas massif. What better to say goodbye to this beautiful country for the highest to contemplate for the last time the magnificent views-
The trip by plane from Pohara to Kathmandu is an authentic adventure that is totally worthwhile.
Although the distance between the two cities varies 160 km, the time that is spent if it is done on the highway oscillates 7 hours. the trip by plane lasts approximately 20 minutes and if the weather is clear the views from the mountain range of the anapurnas is really spectacular.
They usually leave flights quite often, it is advisable to arrive before time to the small pokara airport to try to take a seat on the left side of the plane since it is from there where you can enjoy the views.
