Itinerary description
One of the highest off-road passages in high atlas. Be careful, strong wind can be very dangerous. When we were here it was dry. Don’t know if it’s possible in rain or snow. Nearly 70 km until you hit tarmac again... at km 110 there is much road work and this following part will be sealed in may 2022. The plan is to build a new road in whole dades valley...

We did it form Ahansal to Dades in june'22, and it's really wonderful
Is the lower part tarmac now?
Don't know. I turned south at Dades
Hi, I am interested to do the upper part, from Mserir (Dades) to track R302 next october. Do you think this part possible with a XT600, it looks quite steep and part of mouuntain ridge. Views would be gorgeous there !
Dadès road looks tarmac on satellite view (except 20-30km south of mountain pass).
Thank you for sharing !
We were there with XT600 Tenere from 84., DR650 and first Series BMW G/S
Hello! Did this route yesterday starting in mserir working my way up north. The only actual offroad section over the lenght of these 200k was the peak you climb right after Tilmi. Beautiful to see how the environment gradually becomes greener.
It would be nice if you use the filter correctly though in the future. So that one can benifit of the experiences of other users on this platform. Not an enduro route. Dont take it wrong, but gs, tenere or xt are adventure bikes. The app has a filter for this kind of traveling. Sleep tight x
Magnifique,beau parcours .
Vous avez démarrer de asm Souq!
Merci.
the start is on the top because we were sleeping there.
