Itinerary description
Descida desde o Santuário do Sameiro por percurso de BTT junto à N309 na Falperra. Após passar a igreja de Santa Maria Madalena, realizou-se a descida do percurso denominado Lizé 2 Singletrack.

Good trail to descend from sameiro to falperra, only problem was that in a section there is a lot of loose rocks.

The trail has had many changes, however this is where we find the difficulty of the route and moments of adrenaline! Good trails!
