Itinerary description
I mapped this from where I live, at the Annex (AUI faculty housing) but it's easily adaptable to any start point in Ifrane. This is a very pretty road loop through "old Ifrane" that is pleasant in either direction--it takes under an hour usually. I've drawn it here returning across the Timdiqin souk grounds but road bikers could easy take a surfaced road around that.
It's interesting to note that the highway to Meknes once ran through Zaouiat Sidi Abdeslam (old Ifrane) on its way to modern-day Ifrane. The main highway now cuts straight across the flanks of Jebel Koudiat.
