Itinerary description

Up he Gatineau Valley bike path. Fully paved from Gracefield to Messine. Stopped for lunch in Messine - small butcher shop makes great sandwiches for 5.50$ - and has a nice picnic area.

Dove into Blue Sea on the way back.

Easy ride, slopes are manageable.
