Sortim d'Amsterdam fins a Abcoude, allà agafem la LF7 fins a Bambrugge i girem a la dreta per creuar el llac fins a Vinkeveen. Allà seguim la riba anar seguint els indicadors d'Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. Creuem el poble i agafem la carretera per a tornar a Amsterdam.
We leave Amsterdam towards Abcoude. There, we take the LF7 to Bambrugge and turn right to cross the lake towards Vinkeveen. We follow the lakeside, following the signs to Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, which we cross and take the road to go back to Amsterdam.
