Itinerary description
Our longest bike ride to date.
Tough circuit and longer than we anticipated. Lovely going out as there’s lots of downhill then lots of flat which eats up the km’s. Coming back the ascents are long and the final one I really struggled as we took no food and had barely eaten breakfast either. The last 2.5km were on an off road track, not exactly suitable for road bikes but we managed it just to see the lake.
Lovely ride though and verbally felt good just needed some fuel.
Lake Como really is lovely.
