Itinerary description
Biked from Tulum center to a water filled cave ("cenotes"") Advertised as los dos ojos (21km) and later to the playas publicos.
This was a boring fyrst 30 km as you can only bike on a busy two lane highway and nearly all sites are closed resorts. At the Los dos ojos you expecetdly had to pay to enter but considerably more if you would not like to walk/bike the 3km from the highway entrance. Tourist scam busy and I advice everyone to chek on smaller but quite beutiful caves ("cenotes"") as close to Tulum center as 2-3 km. Some seem to be in a farmland with little publicity and few if any people (jump in there and cool of and watch the bats hangin from the roof - and pooing in the water of course) F.e.
