08-NOV-11. Easy free parking at start at Sterling Outlet Village, Tillicoultry. Lunch at Powmill cafe. More cafes in Dollar and Forestmill. Devon Way from Tillicoultry to Dollar, then very quiet roads, some hills, gentle descents. Suitable for road bikes. Fine views of Ochils and Cleish Hills.
