Mostly on bike tracks. Mostly flat.
Koroit Ck is probably one of the least interesting river trails in Melbourne that I've ridden on. Federation Trail is probably only worth it if you really like looking at factories, and smelling them, and hearing them. I almost feel like I have to say that the Sunshine rail trail segment is the highlight, and it's basically straight concrete next to train tracks.
