Super scenic mild grade VERY popular bike path along the Truckee River. 10.5 mile round trip. See roiling rapids, summer rafters, clear emerald water, lush green plants.
Large parking lot with brick pit toilet at start. Nice full indoor restrooms at the modern bus terminal in Tahoe City.
Bike path basically splits leftish goes towards the Dam and into Tahoe City, OR go rightish for bike path south to Tahoma and beyond.
