First of all, thanks for sharing your route!! The roads chosen are beautiful, the first half mainly cycle paths and later mainly small roads. They show you a beautiful part of the Ardennes, you literally pass the racingcircuit and also the Coo waterfalls. But after passing the waterfalls, than at the end of the Col du Rosier and again further on, the route contains unpaved roads that are certainly not suitable for a racing bike. (Not even if you usually cycle on an MTB like me) Avoid these parts and you will have a beautiful and challenging round!!
