It is advisable to have GPS. Refrain from doing it if the weather conditions are not favorable or in wet terrain
Some sections of the route are not allowed for cyclists, so they must be done on foot.
We rented the bikes at Basically Free Bike Rentals (2568 Jones St, San Francisco,) because although it is about 2 blocks above where the bicycle rental businesses accumulate, it has the same rate as the others (to which we must add taxes) with an important advantage and that is that the entire amount of the rent before taxes is returned to you if you want to shop at Basement Sports (a kind of huge decathlon but much better equipped than this on the classic route to the golden gate bridge) . So if you buy something there it will be free up to the amount you have used to rent the bikes (in our case I think it was about $ 120 for the 4 bikes). Very kind and nice staff. The bikes in good condition and very comfortable. They also have electric bikes, tandem, etc.

This information can never be considered sufficient to carry out any of the routes or activities described.
For the practice of adventure sports, hiking, mountaineering, etc ..., adequate physical conditions are required in addition to having adequate technical and material knowledge, as well as knowing the environment, the characteristics of each place and consulting the weather forecasts. Otherwise, if we do not have sufficient knowledge to carry out these activities with guarantees, we must contract the services of a professional or take a training course taught by clubs and federations.

I have made this route at my own risk and the assessment of its difficulty may not be shared by other users. Each one who does it under his own. The routes can be the result of joining several trails, signposted or not, so we may not find informative signs or signage during the tour or part of it, so I recommend the use of a GPS device that helps us follow the routes and carry spare batteries. The exposed GPS positions are not necessarily an exact guide of the route since the GPS positioning could have failed or not be exact. The photos that are associated with each waypoint may not correspond to that position exactly. Rains, landslides, etc ... can change the condition of the tracks and trails. Each one carries out this type of activities under his responsibility.
Activities in nature carry certain intrinsic risks. For this reason, it is necessary to highlight some recommendations for the practice of hiking, which allow improving the safety of people. You can encourage this behavior by remembering these simple rules, which are specified in the following:
- Prepare in advance the excursion to be made:
Check the weather forecast and check that the technical characteristics of the route are appropriate for you.
- Clothing and footwear must be suitable for hiking.
- Carry enough food and water, some warm clothes, sunscreen, a hat and a charged mobile phone in your backpack. Canes can also be useful.
- Always walk in company and only on the marked path.
- Always inform family or friends of the route you are going to take.
Remember: traveling through the natural environment carries risks. You walk under your responsibility. Be cautious. If you need it, call 911.

Fantastica ruta.
Saludos
Bonita ruta, felicitaciones.
Gracias
