Itinerary description
The north side of river is part separated bike path, and part along Friars Road with painted bike lane with additional buffer strip between bike path and road.
The east end of this loop went around the parking lots and perimeter roads of Fashion Valley Mall; this can be skipped by crossing river at Fashion Valley Road, at west edge of the mall.
The south side of the river has a short section on the frontage road (of Interstate 8) and a long bike path.
If you only like one side, you can just go back and forth on that side.
