Itinerary description
Starting from Ringwood and going to the northern most point of the Castleman trail, then joining up to Smugglers trail. At this point, all off road and track (including a revie of the II world war bombing range) to Frogham and a slight detour along asphalt for refreshments at the Foresters Arms before rejoing off road and off piste trails to the start.
