Itinerary description
Ride up to Portland's council crest. Note the time stopped in the middle. This is me getting a ticket from Portland police for disobeying traffic signals. Nice. These are the same guys who don’t bother to track down the juvenile delinquents who blow through stop signs on my street in lowered Malibus.

I see that police is the same all over the world :)
Same roads, same rights, SAME RULES. I am really getting tired of cyclists in Portland thinking that the rules of the road don't apply to them.
