Itinerary description
The start/end of this ride is at the small improvised parking, opposite to the Tamassos tavern. However, you could drive 100 meters more and park on the parking of the school.
This path goes to Pera, Kampia, and Kapedes. It then turns toward Maharias monastery and Lazania. Just outside Lazania, there is sign to Politico - it says "earth road" but the road to Politiko is paved. When you reach Poliko, follow the signs for Nicosia and you will be back at the parking.
As you can see, in the GPX file, it is over 20 KM of climbing. The views are just spectacular! There is very little traffic, especially of you start riding by 9 AM. There is virtually no traffic after Lazania.

The whole ride took us the first time 2:55, now we are down to 2:33.
