Itinerary description
I started this ride from the Licks car park in Otley.
Ride through the lights onto Crossgate, pass the Old Cock pub, then turn left by the Rose & Crown towards Leeds.
Continue on the A660 to Branhope, where you turn left onto King Road.
Then right at the back of Golden Acre Park onto Arthington Road and shortly, left onto King Lane.
It's then left onto Eccup Lane and follow it to Weardley. Turn right into Weardley then right again onto the A659 to Harewood Bridge.
Turn left at Harewood Bridge onto the Harrogate Road and after about half a mile left again into Dunkeswick.
Carry on Weeton Lane to Weeton, then keep on this road until in nearly reches the A658 and turn left onto Castley Lane.
Through Castley until you reach the A658 at Pool-in-Wharfedale. Turn left onto the A658, over the bridge and right towards Otley.
Once you reach Otley turn right a the first lights and return to the starting point.
It's a nice steady work out with a pull from Otley to Bramhope and again from Weeton.
Refreshments are to be had in Otley, Bramhope, Golden Acre Park, The New Inn on Eccup Lane, and the petrol filling station in Pool.
