Itinerary description

A mix of walking and cycling. Nantes is a bike-friendly town. The bicloo city bike stations are almost everywhere and you can grab a bike whenever you want. You can install the bicloo application to make things simpler. The city centre is full of life. Take your time going in the old narrow streets. Not far from the center, you will find an amazing park: The botanical garden. It's a calm and beautiful mini-forest in the heart of the city. If you are reaching it by bike, you can find a bicloo station at the door of the garden (bike riding is not allowed in the park). From there you can take a bike again to cross "Ile de Nantes" before reaching the amazing village of Trendelmout. This village is worth the visit. Authentic old village full of colors and decorations. From Trendelmout, you can take the navibus (1.7 euros) back to Nantes (Gare maritime).
