Itinerary description
The route is a nice trip between Merano and Bolzano. Almost entirely flat, no difficulties except for the lenght.
The track is not well labeled sometimes, especially in the cities, and it's not unusual to take the wrong turn. The route it's also crowded so you should be able to follow someone else or this GPS track. Most of the trip is following the Adige River. There are lots of spots to take a break and few fountains. If you want, you can have a little stop at the Salewa store near Bolzano, in this case indications are clear.
Highly discouraged the ride when hot, there is really few spots that are not hit by the sun.
