Itinerary description
Very pleasant route mostly off road via Liverpool-Leeds canal and back from Southport along the coast. I wouldn't recommend cycling on the beach and woodland part to Freshfield, it was really hard, way too much sand you will need to push the bike. It's better to stick with regular trial in this part.
