Itinerary description
Lauwersmeer, from Ezumazijl to Zoutkamp, Lauwersoog and Anjum.
We start at our camperspot Camperplaats Ezumazijl, a fairly new site with lovely views. After visiting the bridge and the sluice itself we bike right into the Lauwersmeer National park.
After passing a bridge at Dokkumer Nieuwe Zijlen we continue our ride towards Zoutkamp. Here we check out the harbour and the fleet of fishing boats.
On our way to Lauwersoog we stop at a birdwatch and finally we arrive at the Weir, so called R.J. Cleveringsluizen. Then it’s back towards Anjum and Ezumazijl eventually.
