Itinerary description
This road is all on asphalt. There are some beautiful views of Beirut along the way.
I started the road trip in Kfarchima since I happened to be there but you can start it from anywhere around Beirut. I initially wanted to reach Souk el Ghareb but due to the coronavirus curfew I had to cut the trip short and only made it to Qmatiyeh.
At the point where I took the first picture the slope was pretty steep. I didn’t want to carry the bike those 50 meters so I decided to backtrack and go through the village. But if you have the legs or don’t mind carrying your bike then just continue from there to Qmatiyeh.
