Itinerary description
I started the trail in Kfarchima since I was there already but it can be started anywhere in beirut.
This goes mostly thru the Chouf Area.
The steepest part, where I had to stop a couple of times to take a breather, was the uphill road from the Damour river to Knaisseh village.
Some of the downhill section were steep and narrow but overall it was a beautiful ride.
