Easy to follow
Scenery
Moderate
Very nice trail with moderate technical challenges (mostly from a few loose road surfaces and one or two slightly sandy stretches). We biked it after a couple of weeks of dry weather and it was in excellent shape except for one stretch of serious mud (about 300 meters or so) beside the railroad tracks in Nahal Alexander.
