Itinerary description
This route is evenly split between roads and tracks, some of which are rough so a mountain bike is ideal but a hardy hybrid should manage.
The trails are popular and shared with walkers so take extreme care, especially on the descents. The route can be done in either direction.
The restaurant in the park's visitor center opens between Easter and the end of September. There is a tearoom in the castle courtyard. There is also a cafe at the Glebe House.
