Itinerary description
From Rome centre to the sea following Tiber river : I started from north west in Rome city, reached the river in town centre , and followed it to Fiumicino village on the sea side, where the river meets the sea.
Continued on the coast until Ostia main train station where it is possible to put the bike on the train.
