Itinerary description
This trail is maintained by the Joplin Trails Coalition. The 3 mile leg of it that goes eastward is paved, with a short portion on St. Louis Avenue. The remainder is packed gravel. The paved portion is the only part with significant hills, the rest is a reclaimed railroad track. Adjacent to the gravel trail are mountain bike trails through forest. There is parking adjacent to the south end, the end of the east spur and where the gravel trail intersects St. Louis Avenue.
