Itinerary description
We hired trekking bikes from Malcesine, available from shop at bottom of cable car station. Ensure you get lights from shop (they are free with bike hire) as there are a few tunnels on the way. The carriage way is quite wide and we did not feel endangered by the traffic. There are quite a few sections of cycle pathways and it is worth taking your time to explore the narrow streets of Riva and Arco.
