Itinerary description
This is a very nice trail, starting in Evora, and going all the way up to Aldeia da Serra, a very small village by the end of the trail. Then you go up to Arraiolos, a beautiful village with a castle and colourful streets, to again join the ecotrail and head back to Evora.
The trail is a old railroad path which has been restructured and adapted for tourism, such as hiking and biking. The main buildings by the road are abandoned constructions which were part of the railroad system, such as small stations. Beautiful, very quiet, but make sure you have enough water, since there are not many places on the way where you will actually find water.
