Itinerary description
Via the airport to Wilmslow, at Adlington onto the Middlewood Way and Macclesfield Canal.
From High Lane via Disley onto the Peak Forest Canal, and via Marple and the Ashton Canal back to Manchester.

A great route for a relatively urban ride, allowing access directly from Manchester city centre. The canal sections are nice, but quite muddy and bumpy.
There is quite a lot of road between Disley and Chorlton, with the A6 being quite busy and having a discontinuous cycle lane, and Styal Road quite narrow and windy in places. I think these could be avoided, or at least taken on quieter roads if you're willing to take a less direct route, but all in all thanks for uploading a fun route!
