Itinerary description
From Dungog undulating downhill to Clarence Town, then over a small ridge. Flat and fast ride to Stroud for lunch. From there, uphill to the Myall-Dungog shire boundary, following the coal train tracks, before dropping back down into Dungog.
Sealed roads all the way, but some areas are so patched up you can't recognise the original road beneath! Bone-jarring would be too kind a description for these sections.
