Itinerary description
5 days 4 nights one bike with luggage 30kg and the other one with 25kg.
A very beautiful way to get to know Brazil and its history. But not a very easy one. Be aware to walk along your bike up hill very often. Do not take to much stuff with you and do less km per day like we did to be able to enjoy more of the wonderful people and places. Try to stay a night in Diamantina, São Gonçalo do Rio das Pedra at the Refugio dos Cinco Amigos of Anna Maria Kuhn, a wonderful lady who has a lot to tell about the region, or at Córregos, and Ipoema, where you can find a wonderful pousada called Pousada Quadrado. Just follow our trail. You will find it!
We finished the trip at the Pousada Vila Cocais. Try to stay for a couple of days. We will put in more trails to the arcological site and waterfall.
