Today you leave the woods and rock complexes and cycle mostly through open landscape. In the village of Rovensko pod Troskami you can view the so-called rebel clocks, the clocks are hanging at the top. The topper of today is the hill Tábor with a chapel above it. From this point you can overlook the vast surroundings. Just before the city of Jicín you pass a large monastery complex, built by Count Albrecht z Valdštejna (Albrecht von Wallenstein). From here you walk through a double linden street that will lead you to the center of the city. The avenue was also planted by Count Wallenstein, the road to his seat had to be stately after all.
