The stage today leads through the Labe valley and has no appreciable differences in altitude. The Vltava river flows into the Labe (Elbe), the Labe river increases in its power and slowly becomes an important European waterway.
The most impressive stop today is the former fortification Terezín (Theresienstadt) from the end of the 18th century. During the 2nd World War this place was a concentration camp for Jews. This era was filled with hatred and cruelty and drew the dramatic history of Terezín. We end the day in the old colorful city of Litoměřice.
