The first bike tour directly connects a number of tourist toppers of the Bohemian Paradise. From Jičín you cycle to the "stone" city Prachov with sandstone rocks on the surface of 190 hectares. It is more than worthwhile to park your bike for a few hours and to make a circular walk through the Prachov rocks. The entrance fee is about three Euro, the walking routes vary from about 2 km to 5 km, for the short route you should certainly take about 1.5 hours before pulling out.
There are also a number of lakes (Oborský rybniky), surrounded by forests and rocks, which is a favorite area for campers. You can take a swim break when the weather is nice. There are plenty of drinks and fast food available at very friendly prices.
You can now choose: cycle to the town of Turnov and spend the night there or cycle to the hamlet of Hrubá Skála where the beautiful castle Hrubá Skála is located and only then cycle the next day towards Turnov.
From the route you can see the basalt hills Vysker (464 m) and finally you reach the friendly town of Turnov, the heart of the Bohemian Paradise. This city was founded in the year 1250 and is beautifully situated on the river Jizera. Around Turnov there are numerous sites of semi-precious stones that develop traditional handicrafts (stone sharpening, jewelery making). On the central square in Turnov is a jeweler where you can view and buy all kinds of beautiful jewelery with semi-precious stones. There is also a museum dedicated to semi-precious stones. Still worth a look.
