Cycling tour in the southern mountains

Itinerary description
A scenic and diverse circuit around the southern mountains. This tour takes a varied route through the hilly 'Mittelgebirge', via forests, villages and pleasant fields between Igls and Tulfes, high above Innsbruck. From Igls, it's a flat stretch past Lanser See to Lans, then a slight ascent to Sistrans (with old, painted farmhouses). The route comntinues onwards past the 'Wiesenhof' Gasthof to Judenstein, then back via Rinn towards Tulfes, uphill to Hall and the 'Glockenhof', and through Zimmertal along the litel-travelled highway (with views of the Karwendel) towards Ampass. From here, it's past the gothic 'Viertelsäule' and uphill towards Aldrans, then via Lans back to Igls with short, steep rises and descents.
