Itinerary description
Attention cycling addicts, this one day tour includes three first category climbs! Yes, three! Marvelous places, nice roads, zero traffic combined with sweat and anaerobe pulse zone. Only 1,5 hour away from Porto in the heart of the green wine region.
Thanks to the municipality of Mondim de Basto this route was developed specially for those who love cycling and are not afraid of climbs. You have to conquer the Alto de Barra (1000m), Barreiro (995m) and the Sra. da Graça (920m) climbs to complete this route which has in total 2700m positive elevation in 82kms.

I'm coming to Portugal (1st time) from Scotland just for some winter training as it's impossible to go outdoors in the HIghlands of Cairngorm, unless yu ski lol
