Itinerary description
Cycling - The dedicated cycling path between Nice and Antibes is safe. Watch your speed through the Promenade des Anglais for bike traffic and possible pedestrians, and always be ready to pull the brakes in this busy stretch.
Some public "cycling stations" with tools and pump - probably 4 or 5 of these - have been recently installed but, despite their young age, all pumps are already broken or missing parts therefore useless.
The section of road on Antibes' ramparts was temporary closed to motor traffic. Probably so on weekends during peak season.
Minor ups-and-downs across the cape with scarce traffic on the shared roads.
Usually breezy , this time the return to Nice was blasted by decent headwind - about 40-50 Km/h.
